anna from the team was fantastic!!! she ensured our staff had everything we needed for our christmas do. anna constantly checked in with us, providing really good service. i must say, she is a real asset to the team and deserves recognition.
the room i had was slightly outdated. i also noticed some noise from other travellers. perhaps better door insulation would help with this.

it also got very warm in the room.

The location was good. It was not difficult to reach nearby attractions. The staff were polite (and always ready to assist). My room was clean upon arrival.
The room seemed a little outdated. The walls were quite thin. I heard doors banging during the night. The noise made it difficult to sleep well.

the front desk staff were cute and helpful, willing to assist with requests. the room was clean and smelled fresh , with large windows that let in natural light. we had a partial view of the sea. i appreciated that extra pillows were provided when i asked for them.
the room lacked a fridge, which would have been convenient for storing drinks and snacks.
